By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the Berkat4D platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members, guests browsing the Platform, and any person accessing the Platform from within Malaysia or any other jurisdiction. Berkat4D reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, which form part of the overall agreement between Berkat4D and each registered member.

Age Verification: Berkat4D conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Berkat4D reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Berkat4D platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Malaysian phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Berkat4D strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify Berkat4D support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Berkat4D shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, Berkat4D may require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically requires submission of a valid government-issued Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
By accessing the Berkat4D platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other Member's enjoyment of the Services.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform must be made in good faith for personal entertainment. Members must not exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided at Berkat4D's discretion.
Members interacting with Berkat4D support staff or other users through any Platform communication channel must maintain a respectful and courteous standard of communication. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language directed at any member of the Berkat4D team or other users will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Berkat4D makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and is outside the scope of these Terms.
Berkat4D accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted.
Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Berkat4D platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
Members may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Berkat4D is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently.
Standard Members are subject to daily and monthly withdrawal limits as published on the Platform from time to time. VIP Members are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits. Berkat4D reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to affected Members.
Berkat4D offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.
The Welcome Bonus is available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit on the Platform. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount (e.g., up to MYR 2,880 under the 288% Magnificent offer), minimum deposit requirement (from RM 50), and applicable wagering requirements are detailed in the current promotion page. Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Member.
Members who deposit using supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) may be eligible for a 2% crypto deposit bonus up to a maximum of MYR 688, subject to the applicable wagering requirement and minimum deposit equivalent. This bonus may be claimed on qualifying crypto deposits as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse: Berkat4D employs advanced monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine wagering risk, and colluding with other Members. Any account found to have abused bonus offers will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
All bets placed on the Berkat4D platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the Platform's help and rules sections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Berkat4D platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting Berkat4D support at [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method following completion of all active wagering requirements and any pending security checks.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. Berkat4D may apply a dormancy administration fee of RM 10 per month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance, commencing after the 12-month inactivity period. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of any such fee.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Berkat4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

All content on the Berkat4D platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of Berkat4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Berkat4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Berkat4D will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request voluntary account closure before the changes take effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms was made. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of the Berkat4D platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Berkat4D is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through Berkat4D's internal complaints procedure.
Members who have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Berkat4D Services are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Berkat4D aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, Berkat4D will cooperate in good faith with any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process available under the Platform's licensing framework. The decision of Berkat4D's compliance team on matters of game integrity, bonus abuse, and account security shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
